In My Father's House
My suffering has ended, my sorrow is past,
I'm safe with Jesus in Heaven at last.
In His presence is joy I have never known,
And Oh! I'm so happy in my Heavenly Home.
Yes, it's a most wonderful place prepared for me,
Oh! the grandeur and beauty are so amazing to see.
Never, no never beholding such beauty rare,
To enjoy forever, with never a care.
My sickness and pain have forever gone,
I left each behind when I departed for Home.
No troubles or heartaches can follow me here,
Where there is no weeping, not one little tear.

God gave us our precious daughter
To love and cherish these many years,
But not without heartaches and sorrows
And the shedding of many tears.
Suffering with patience for such a long while,
Which she could not have done
Had she not been God's child.
Only God knew her sickness and suffering,
Having been with her all the way,
Never leaving, never once forsaking,
Her constant Companion both night and day.
